Veg Manchurian

Ingredients
For koftas
Carrots (grated) 1/2 cup
Cabbage (grated) 1/2 cup
Corn flour 5 tbsp
Oil for frying
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
For gravy
Onions (chopped) 1/2 cup
Garlic (chopped) 3 tbsp
Green chilies (slit) 3 nos
Spring onions 1
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Red chili sauce 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour 1 1/2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method
Take grated carrots and cabbage in a bowl. Add some salt. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes. Squeeze the water from the vegetables and put into another bowl.
Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, and cornflour to the mixture. Mix well.Make small balls of the mixture and keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok for frying. Fry the balls till they become golden brown. Take out and keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan. Add garlic and green chilies to the pan and saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onions and cook till it becomes translucent.
