Veg Delight Pizza

Ingredients

All purpose flour            2 cups
Dry yeast                          1 tsp
Capsicum (sliced)          1
Onions (sliced)               1/4 cup
Tomatoes (sliced)          142 cup
Mushrooms (sliced)      1/2 cup
Olive oil                           4 tbsp
Sugar                                1 tsp
Salt                                   to taste
Mixed herbs                   1 tbsp
Oregano                          1 tbsp
Red chili flakes              1 tbsp
Pizza sauce                     4 tbsp

Method

Take half cup of warm water. Add 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of yeast and mix well. Rest it for 10-15 minutes.
Take all purpose flour (maida) in a bowl. Add salt, 2 tbsp olive oil and fermented yeast. Mix well. Add water to make a soft dough.
Cover the dough with wet muslin cloth and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
 



 After 3 hours take out the dough on board and knead it for 5-8 minutes. Preheat the oven at 220°C for 10 minutes. Make balls and roll to make a round pizza base. Apply some oil on a baking tray. Put the base on the baking tray.

Apply pizza sauce on it.
Put capsicum, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms on it.
Add a thick layer of grated mozzarella cheese over it.
Now sprinkle oregano, mixed herbs and chili flakes on it. Spray 1 tbsp of olive oil on it.
Bake the pizza at 220
°C for 15-18 minutes. Pizza is ready. Cut into slices and serve hot.
