Ingredients 

Sprouts (moong)                     1 cup
Onions (chopped)                   1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped)        2 tbsp
Cumin seeds                            1 tsp
Red chili powder                     1/2 tsp
Garam masala                         1/2 tsp
Coriander powder                  1 tsp
Turmeric powder                   1/4 tsp
Dry mango powder                1 tsp
Salt                                            to taste
Lemon juice                             1 tbsp
Oil                                              4 tbsp 
green coriander (chopped)   2 tbsp
Wheat flour                              2 cups

Method

Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add water and mix well to make a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan. Add cumin seeds and saute.
Add chopped onions and cook till it becomes golden brown.
Add sprouts to the pan and mix well.
Add chopped green chilies and saute. Add red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and dry mango powder. Mix all the ingredients well.Add lemon juice and saute.
Add green coriander and mix again.
Cool down the mixture. Make small balls of wheat flour dough and roll to make small chapatis.
Apply 4 drops of oil on one of the chapati.
Put 3 tbsp of moong sprouts mixtue on the chapati.
Cover it with another chapati and press it.
Roll it to make a paratha. Heat tawa, put the paratha on it.
Apply oil from both sides and cook till it becomes crispy from both the sides.
Moong sprouts paratha is ready. Cut into four slices.
Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot with curd.
