Kurkuri Bhindi

Cooking time                     10-15 minutes

Ingredients

Ladyfinger (bhindi)         250 gm
Gram flour (besan)          4 tbsp
Red chili powder              1 tsp
Coriander powder            2 tsp
Garam masala                   1 tsp
Dry mango powder          1/2 tsp
Chat masala                       1 tsp
Salt                                       to taste
Oil                                        for frying 

Method

Cut the ladyfinger (bhindi) into thin julienns and put in a bowl.
Add red chili powder, garam masala, coriander power, salt, dry mango powder and chat masala. Mix well.
Add gram flour (besan) to the bowl and mix properly.
Heat oil in a wok and add ladyfinger (bhindi) into it. Fry bhindi on a low flame till it turns golden brown.
Take out the fried bhindi from the wok and put on a kitchen paper.
Kurkuri bhindi is ready. Serve hot
