Beetroot Tikki

Ingredients
Beetroot (grated) 1 cup
Boiled potatoes (grated) 1/2 cup
Onions (chopped) 1/4 cup
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Cornflour 5 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Chat masala 1 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp + for frying
Method
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non stick wok. Add chopped garlic and saute.
Add ginger and onions to the wok. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.Add grated beetroot to the wok and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Add salt and saute for 1 minute. Switch off the gas and let it cool. Transfer the beetroot mixture to the bowl. Add boiled potatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chat masala, salt and dry mango powder. Mix well.
