Chicken seekh masala
CHICKEN SEEKH MASALA

Ingredients:-
Chicken seekh kebab (frozen) 500 gm
Boiled eggs 3 nos
Onion paste 1 cup
Tomato puree (fresh) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2 Tbsp
Bay leaf 1 no
Clove 4 nos
Black pepper corns 6 nos
Black cardamon 2 nos
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chicken masala powder 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Oil 4 Tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) For garnish
Salt To taste
Method:-
Warm the frozen seekh kebabs and cut into small pieces. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan.
Add cut pieces of seekh kebabs and saute till they are cooked. Take out the cooked kebab pieces and keep aside.
Take 2 tsp oil in the same pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black cardamon, black pepper corns, cumin seeds and saute for one minute.
Add onion paste and cook till it becomes brown.
Add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander powder, chicken masala powder and mix well.
Add 01 cup of water and bring to boil on high flame.
Add seekh kebab pieces to it and mix well.
Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
Slice the boiled eggs and add to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Add lemon juice and mix well. Chicken seekh masala is ready. Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with chopped green coriander. Serve hot.
