Ingredients:-
Sooji (Rawa) 1 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Cream 4 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 nos
Yellow bell pepper (chopped) 4 tbsp
Red bell pepper (chopped) 4 tbsp
Green Capsicum (chopped) 4 tbsp
Spinach (chopped) 4 tbsp
Red cabbage (chopped) 4 tbsp
Boiled corn 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Mint chutney 2 tbsp
Fresh coriander spring for garnish
Method:-
Take sooji in a bowl. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chat masala, turmeric powder, dry mango powder to it and mix well. Add onion, bell peppers, cabbage, spinach, and corns and mix well.
Add curd and cream and mix well. Add water (if required) to make a thick mixture.
Apply butter on the bread. Add a thick layer of mixture to the bread.
Heat a non-stick pan and apply some butter. Put the coated bread into the pan and cook well from both sides on a low/medium flame.
Sooji toast is ready. Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with coriander spring. Serve hot with mint chutney.
