Paneer Mini Burger

Street Food mini burger with a healthy twist for Veg Lovers.

Cooking Time                         -  20~25 min
Serves                                      - 4 

Ingredients :- 

Bun (Burger)                               4 nos
Paneer                                          250 gms
Boiled Potato (medium)           1
Capsicum (chopped)                 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped)                        1/4 cup
Green chilies (chopped)           2 tbsp
Cornflour                                     3 tbsp
Salted biscuits                           10 nos
Chili Flakes                                 1 tsp
Oregano                                       1 tsp
Mixed herbs                                1 tsp
Mayonnaise                                7 tbsp
Salt                                               to taste
Black Pepper Powder               1/2 tsp
Chat Masala Powder                1 tsp
Mint Chutney                            3 tbsp
Oil                                               2 tbsp
Butter                                         2 tbsp  

Method:-

Preheat the oven at 180͒C for 10 min.
Take 2 tbsp of Mayonnaise in a bowl. Add crushed salted biscuits to it.
Add grated Paneer to the bowl.
Mash the boiled potato and add to the mixture. Add onions, capsicum, green chilies, salt, black pepper powder, oregano, mixed herbs, red chili flakes and chat masala powder. Mix well.
 Add cornflour to the mixture.

Mix the ingredients to make a dough.
Grease palms with oil and make small patties. Grease the baking plate and put the patties on the plate.
Bake the patties in the pre-heated oven for about 20~25 minutes at 180͒C. Take out the patties when it is cooked.
Simultaneously, cut the buns into halfs. Heat a pan. Apply butter on the buns and heat for some time.
Mix 5 tbsp of Mayonnaise with 3 tbsp of mint chutney to make a sauce. Apply the sauce on the buns.
Now take out the baked patties and place between the buns. The mini burger is ready.serve hot with tea or cold drink.
