Ingredients

For Patties

Chicken keema                                               250 gm 
Egg                                                                   1 
Oil                                                                    3 tbsp 
Bread crumbs                                                1 cup 
Onions chopped                                            1/2 cup
Green chilies chopped                                 2 tbsp
Coriander chopped                                      2 tbsp 
Garlic chopped                                             2 tsp 
Ginger chopped                                            2 tsp
Soya sauce                                                     1 tsp 
Red chili sauce                                             1 tbsp 
Tomato ketchup                                           1 tbsp 
Vinegar                                                           1 tsp 
Coriander powder                                        1 tbsp 
Garam masala                                               1 tsp 
Red chili powder                                          1 tsp 
Chaat masala                                                1 tbsp 
Cumin powder                                              1/2 tsp 
Chicken masala                                            1 tbsp 
Salt                                                                  to taste

For Burger

Burger buns                                                   2 
Mayonnaise                                                   4 tbsp 
Tomato ketchup                                           3 tbsp 
Tomatoes rings                                             
Onions rings                                                 
Cheese slice                                                   2 

Method

Mix chicken keema, onions, green chili, chopped garlic, ginger and coriander in a bowl. 
Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, chicken masala and mix well. 
Add soya sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup and mix all the ingredients. 
Add egg and bread crumbs to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients properly. 
Grease your palm with oil and make the patties of the mixture. 
Heat oil in the grill pan and shallow fry the patties on a medium flame. 
Cut the burger into two and warm on a low flame for 2 minutes.
In a bowl mix the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup to make sauce. 
Arrange the burger. First apply the sauce on the burger buns. Then add layers of onions and tomatoes.
Now put the patties and cover with cheese slice. 
Finally put the second half of the bun to complete the burger. 
Serve with French fries and sauce of your choice.
