EGG PAN PIZZA


EGG PAN PIZZA
Egg Pan Pizza is made with beaten eggs, vegetables, seasonings and cheese. 


Preparation time – 10 min
Cooking time – 30-35 min
Serve - 4
Ingredients
Eggs                                                       8 Nos
Red Bell pepper (cubes)                    ¼ cup
Yellow bell pepper (cubes)                ¼ cup
Green Capsicum (cubes)                   ¼ cup
Onions sliced                                       ¼ cup
Potato cubes                                        ¼ cup
Mozzarella Cheese                             1 cup
Salt                                                        to taste
Red chili powder                                ½ tsp
Garam masala                                     ½ tsp
Coriander powder                              1 tsp
Olive oil                                                4 tsp
Black pepper powder                        ½ tsp
Tomato Ketchup                                2 tbsp
Green coriander spring                     1

Method
Break eggs in a bowl and whisk. Add Salt and black pepper to it. Mix it well and keep aside.
Set the oven to preheat at 1800.
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and caramelize.

Add potatoes to it and stir for 2 min.

Cover the lid and cook till potato becomes soft.

Add red and yellow bell pepper, green capsicum and stir. Again cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala and coriander powder and saute.

Now add beaten eggs to the pan and stir.

Cover the lid and cook for 8-10 min on a low flame.

Switch-off the gas and add grated mozzarella cheese. Bake it in the pre-heated oven at 180 C for 5-7 min

Egg Pan Pizza is ready to serve. Garnish with tomato ketchup & green coriander spring.
