Corn Cheese Toast

Ingredients
Bread 1 Loaf
Corn kernels 1
cup
Tomatoes 2
Onions 2
Ginger paste 1
tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 1
cup
Olive oil 5 tbsp
Mixed herbs ½
tsp
Chili flakes ½
tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper ½
tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
For garnishing
Chili flakes as
required
Oregano as required
Green Coriander spring
Method
Boil the corn
kernels.
Chop the onions
and tomatoes.
Grate the
mozzarella cheese and keep aside.
Preheat the oven
at 180°C
Cut the bread
slices and put on baking tray. Spray some olive oil and bake for 10 min at 180°C
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
Add onions and
stir till the onions become translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes get soft.
Add boiled corn kernels and saute.
Add salt and black pepper and cover the lid and cook for 10 min on low flame.
Add chili flakes,
mixed herbs and oregano and stir. Switch off the gas.
Apply butter on the baked bread slices and put the mixture on it.
Add a layer of mozzarella cheese. Grease the baking tray and keep the breads on it.
Bake for 10 mins at 180°C.
Place the toast
into serving platter and garnish with some chili flake, oregano and green coriander spring.
Corn cheese toast
is ready to serve.
