Cheese potato Grilled sandwich at home with basic ingredients which is both
delicious as well as easy to cook.

Ingredients
Bread Loaf 1
Boiled potatoes 4 nos
Chopped onions 1/2 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1/2
cup
Chopped green chilies 2
tbsp
Coriander chopped 2
tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1
cup
Butter 4 tbsp
Tomato sauce 4 tbsp
Tomato sauce 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2
tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1
tsp
Salt to taste
Chat masala 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Green Coriander spring
Method
Grate the boiled potatoes and mozzarella
cheese in two different bowls and keep aside.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Put mustard seeds. Saute till it starts
cracking.
Add onions and saute till it
turns golden brown.
Add green chilies, tomatoes and
cook till the tomatoes become soft.
Add salt, garam masala, coriander
powder, turmeric powder, chat masala,roasted cumin powder and cook for 2 min.

2 – Cooking the Stuffing
Add tomato ketchup, chopped
coriander and mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 5-6 mins.
Now slit the bread from between.
Apply butter and tomato sauce on
the bread slices and put the potato mixture on it. Add a layer of mozzarella
cheese.

3 –Sandwich stuffing
Heat butter in a grilled pan, and
grill the sandwich from both sides.

Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with some cheese, potato mixture and coriander spring.
Cheese potato sandwich is ready. Serve
hot.
